NC Dental Board Stifled Competition: FTC

Law360, New York (December 07, 2011, 3:18 PM ET) -- The U.S. Federal Trade Commission on Friday ruled that North Carolina's dental board illegally thwarted competition by blocking nondentists from offering teeth-whitening services and ordered the board to stop trying to prevent nondentists from providing these services.
