Embattled Foreclosure Atty Sued By Former Co.

Law360, New York (January 04, 2012, 7:52 PM ET) -- David J. Stern, whose foreclosure mill law firm in Florida was embroiled in the robosigning scandal, was on Tuesday sued for alleged fraud and breach of fiduciary duty by a foreclosure services company he formerly headed.

Publicly traded DJSP Enterprises Inc., which filed the lawsuit in Broward County, Fla., purchased the nonlegal mortgage foreclosure processing business of the Law Offices of David J.
