Law360, New York (January 04, 2012, 6:40 PM ET) -- A federal judge on Wednesday declined to throw out a slew of racketeering, fraud and other charges against a former St. Gabriel, La., mayor accused of accepting bribes from business owners in exchange for city contracts.
