Law360, New York (March 02, 2012, 3:02 PM ET) -- The U.S. government on Thursday slapped a Florida-chartered small business authority with a False Claims Act suit claiming it conspired with a local airport to improperly steer NASA grants to build a $5 million facility those grants would not have funded.
