Chrysler Can't Escape Defective Exhaust System Class Action

Law360, New York (March 12, 2012, 4:50 PM ET) -- A putative class action alleging Chrysler Group LLC sold trucks with defective exhaust systems that required frequent repair can move ahead, after a South Carolina federal judge found Monday that the plaintiffs had successfully stated a claim against the company.
