Law360, New York (March 26, 2012, 3:51 PM ET) -- The U.S. Supreme Court announced Monday that it would not hear four appeals by R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. and Philip Morris USA Inc. of decisions in Florida awarding more than $50 million to families of smokers who died after decades of cigarette use.
