Law360, New York (April 09, 2012, 10:28 PM ET) -- A Florida federal judge on Monday ruled that contractor JWR Construction Services Inc.'s insurers could not dodge the defense costs in underlying state court litigation accusing the company of using defective Chinese drywall in condominium units.
