Law360, New York (April 09, 2012, 6:32 PM ET) -- New York-based private equity firm Oak Hill Capital Partners LP acquired an 80 percent stake in a North Carolina-based organic food retailer from Monitor Clipper Partners Inc. for roughly $300 million, Oak Hill said Monday.
The private fund company said it acquired the majority stake in Earth Fare Inc., a health food supermarket operator with 25 stores in the Southeast and Midwest.
