Law360, New York (April 30, 2012, 1:41 PM ET) -- An Alabama federal judge on Friday granted bail to a former U.S. Army major and his wife who were convicted of taking bribes in exchange for steering contracts in Iraq, saying they raised questions likely to result in a reversal or a new trial.
