SNC Judgment Partially Reversed In Army Contract Suit

Law360, New York (May 04, 2012, 2:34 PM ET) -- A federal judge on Thursday set aside a jury’s decision that engineering company SNC-Lavalin America Inc. breached its contract with Alliant Techsystems Inc., part of a mixed verdict in a suit accusing Alliant of breaking a $65 million contract to modernize a U.S. Army facility.
