Law360, New York (May 15, 2012, 8:40 PM ET) -- Two putative class actions accusing South Carolina real estate listing services and various related brokerages of conspiring to restrain competition survived a Fourth Circuit challenge Monday when an appeals panel upheld a trial court's refusal to dismiss the suits.
A three-judge panel concluded that the complaints filed by real estate buyers, consolidated on interlocutory appeal, stated plausible claims for relief, and it remanded the case for further proceedings.
