Law360, New York (May 16, 2012, 3:47 PM ET) -- A Florida federal judge on Tuesday dismissed Commercial Solar Power Inc.'s suit alleging ESA Renewables LLC reneged on selling the California renewable energy developer a $129 million solar project in Puerto Rico, after the parties agreed to settle.
