5th Circ. Knocks Out $1.5M Award In Navy Contract Fight

Law360, New York (May 16, 2012, 9:59 PM ET) -- Determining that a lower court lacked jurisdiction to hear the case, the Fifth Circuit has vacated a $1.46 million tort judgment against the federal government in a suit alleging the U.S. Navy disclosed trade secrets to a pair of ship-building contractors' competitors, federal prosecutors announced Tuesday.
