Law360, New York (May 17, 2012, 2:38 PM ET) -- Private equity-backed Area Property Partners and CC Residential LLC are partnering to develop apartment communities throughout South Florida, the two announced Thursday — just as new data revealed area foreclosure rates had jumped again.
The developers said they would start their venture with a 352-unit community in Miami-Dade County called The Signature at Doral and a 350-unit complex in central Broward County dubbed The Signature at Davie.
