Law360, New York (May 22, 2012, 4:26 PM ET) -- Silverchair Holdings Inc. has unloaded its online services provider for the senior care industry in a deal with Vista Equity Partners, advancing its plan to cultivate an identity defined by its products for scientific and technical publishers, Silverchair said Tuesday.
The companies did not disclose the transaction's terms, but said ownership of Silverchair Learning Systems LLC officially changed hands on May 4.
