Anadarko Settles Arsenic Well Cleanup Suit

Law360, New York (June 08, 2012, 2:36 PM ET) -- Anadarko Petroleum Corp. agreed Thursday to pay an undisclosed amount and undergo remediation efforts in an agreement resolving its part in a Crowell Land & Mineral Corp. suit over alleged arsenic and other chemical contamination at two Louisiana oil and gas well sites.
