Law360, New York (June 08, 2012, 5:40 PM ET) -- Three business trade groups on Thursday urged the Sixth Circuit to uphold an order forcing the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission to pay Peoplemark Inc.'s legal costs in a botched discrimination suit, saying the suit was without merit.
