Fla. Residents Found Guilty Of $1M Disaster Fund Fraud

Law360, New York (June 08, 2012, 8:58 PM ET) -- A Florida federal jury on Friday convicted two people on charges that they executed a $1 million scheme using fake identities to cash in on disaster-related funds, including a $20 billion trust fund set up by BP PLC to address claims by victims of the 2010 Deepwater Horizon oil spill.
