Law360, New York (June 12, 2012, 5:31 PM ET) -- Schiff Hardin LLP on Tuesday announced the launch of a new business advisory affiliate headquartered in Charlotte, N.C., that will focus on advising midsized and community banks.
Schiff Hardin Strategic Advisers LLC, a nonlegal business advisory affiliate of the national law firm, will help financial institutions with challenges like recapitalization, balance sheet restructuring, board of directors issues and regulatory concerns, according to the firm.
