Whistleblowers Score $14M Of $64M Accenture FCA Deal

Law360, New York (June 12, 2012, 5:49 PM ET) -- The two whistleblowers who accused Accenture LLP of illegally rigging bids for federal technology contracts were awarded on Tuesday $14 million of the federal government's $63.7 million settlement of the False Claims Act suit with the company.

Relators Norman Rille and Neal Roberts, high-level employees at Accenture and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP respectively, first brought the case against the consulting giant in 2004.
