NAM, Others Want 6th Circ. Rehearing In Whirlpool Suit

Law360, New York (June 13, 2012, 6:51 PM ET) -- The National Association of Manufacturers and other business groups on Monday voiced support for Whirlpool Corp.’s petition for a rehearing of a Sixth Circuit panel’s decision to uphold class certification for a group of consumers who said their washing machines were defective.
