Law360, New York (July 03, 2012, 3:25 PM ET) -- Mobile communications company Syniverse Technologies Inc. will fork over €550 million ($693.5 million) for Luxembourg-based telecommunications firm MACH as part of a plan to stretch its global reach and beef up its scale, Syniverse said Tuesday.
Both companies work to track and monetize mobile operations, such as roaming and messaging, when customers cross different providers' networks. By uniting with MACH, Syniverse will add to its client roster industry giants T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless and Microsoft.
