Law360, New York (July 05, 2012, 1:12 PM ET) -- Illinois-based drug retailer Walgreen Co. made its second move in a month to expand its growing footprint, picking up a drugstore chain with shops spread largely through the mid-Southern U.S. in a deal valued at $438 million, Walgreen said Thursday.
