Boeing Brushes Off Airbus' US Factory Despite Risks To Biz

Law360, New York (July 05, 2012, 9:43 PM ET) -- The Boeing Co. says its defense business won't be affected when rival Airbus SAS builds a $600 million facility in Alabama, despite some experts' view that Boeing may have lost a long-term political advantage tied to its U.S. manufacturing, which earned the company congressional support during a recent $35 billion contract competition.
