SCANA Gouged 500K Customers In Plan Switch, Suit Says

Law360, New York (July 09, 2012, 8:02 PM ET) -- Three Georgia consumers filed a proposed class action against SCANA Energy Marketing Inc. in federal court Friday, accusing the natural gas company of overcharging more than half a million of its most loyal customers in a plan switch initiated in 2007.
