HuffPo Sued Over 'Mindful Living' Trademark

Law360, New York (July 12, 2012, 5:38 PM ET) -- A Georgia woman hit AOL Inc.'s Huffington Post with an infringement lawsuit Wednesday, accusing the website of ripping off the name of her trademarked stress management system for two of its healthy living sections.

Kathleen Hall, who operates the Mindful Living Network, alleges the Huffington Post has been running areas of its site under the titles “Mindful Living” and “Mindful Travel,” even though both of the names are in her portfolio of Mindful-related trademarks, according to the complaint.
