Court Backs Duke In $18M Coal Contract Row With Massey

Law360, New York (July 19, 2012, 6:22 PM ET) -- A West Virginia federal judge on Wednesday handed Duke Energy Corp. subsidiaries a win in their contract fight with Massey Energy Corp. over a coal supply agreement that Duke said ended up costing it $18 million.
