Physicist Group Must Face Accreditation Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (July 26, 2012, 8:47 PM ET) -- A Tennessee federal judge on Thursday refused to dismiss a radiation therapy calibration laboratory's suit accusing the American Association of Physicists in Medicine of conspiring to reduce competition in the calibration industry and drive the lab out of business.
