Law360, New York (August 29, 2012, 7:21 PM ET) -- A health insurance trade association sued the Georgia Insurance & Safety Fire Commissioner's Office on Tuesday, seeking to prevent the state's "prompt pay" insurance statute from being extended to cover employers' self-funded plans and saying the change is preempted by federal law.
