Halliburton Assault Case Must Be Arbitrated: Judge

Law360, New York (January 31, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A civilian contractor who alleges she was sexually assaulted on two separate occasions while working for Halliburton Co. in Iraq must arbitrate her claims against the company rather than pursuing them before a jury, a federal judge has ruled.
