National Dairy On The Hook In Milk Antitrust Case

Law360, New York (June 02, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Milk-processing company National Dairy Holdings LP has lost a bid to escape a multidistrict litigation alleging that it worked with Dean Foods Co., Dairy Farmers of America Inc. and others to restrict competition in the milk market in the Southeastern United States.

Judge Ronnie Greer of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee ruled last Wednesday that the court had personal jurisdiction over National Dairy.
