Law360, New York (July 10, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A lawsuit claiming that Ford Motor Co. sold new trucks with old engines will be allowed to go forward, a federal appeals court ruled Wednesday.
The Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati ruled there is “sufficient evidence” that Ford engaged in an “unfair, false, misleading or deceptive” act in selling a 2004-model truck with a 2003-model engine to Kenneth E. Corder Sr.
