Law360, New York (October 15, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- John J. Rosenthal, a former partner at Howrey LLP, has joined Winston & Strawn LLP's Washington, D.C., office as a member of its litigation practice and co-chair of its e-discovery group, the firm announced Wednesday.
Rosenthal's practice includes antitrust, trademark and other complex commercial litigation at both the federal and state level. He has worked on suits dealing with trade secrets, false advertising, contract, tort, defamation, franchise and class action questions.
