Law360, New York (October 28, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal appeals court has dealt another blow to a computer programmer whose attempt to attach his name to seven lucrative mobile e-mail patents controlled by NTP Inc. was dismissed last year.
Oren Tavory, a former employee of NTP founder Thomas J. Campana, failed to raise a genuine issue of material fact as to his alleged contribution to the conception of the inventions, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit wrote Monday.
