Law360, New York (September 24, 2009, 3:59 PM ET) -- Patent-holding company SimpleAir Inc. has sued Facebook Inc., the Walt Disney Co., Apple Inc. and a handful of other corporations for allegedly infringing four patents that cover network messaging.
The complaint, filed Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, said the defendants all sold “products or services relating to the generation, processing and/or delivery of content, notifications and updates to or for mobile computing devices, without a license or permission.”
