'Litigious' Patent Holder Loses Nokia Phone Spat

Law360, New York (October 07, 2009, 5:03 PM ET) -- A federal appeals court has upheld the dismissal of a man’s $1 billion lawsuit accusing Nokia Inc. of infringing his cell phone design patents and the sanctions order that requires him to seek permission before filing any future infringement action in federal court over the patents.
