Law360, New York (March 16, 2010, 1:47 PM ET) -- Tsera LLC has reached a settlement and licensing deal with Koninklijke Philips Electronics NV, releasing the Dutch conglomerate from its suit accusing a slew of companies of infringing a patent for touch pad technology.
Tsera and the Amsterdam-based electronics manufacturer signed a patent licensing agreement on March 5, according to a stipulated motion for dismissal filed Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
