Marlowe Sues Dice, Others Over Car Audio Patent

Law360, New York (June 09, 2010, 5:52 PM ET) -- Marlowe Patent Holdings LLC has accused Dice Electronics LLC, Pacific Accessory Corp. and several other automotive accessory manufacturers of infringing a patent used to integrate aftermarket music devices with automotive stereo systems.

New Jersey-based Marlowe’s amended complaint, filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, claims Dice, PAC, AAMP of America Inc., Precision Interface Electronics Inc., LTI Enterprises Inc. and Vais Technology of infringing U.S. Patent Number 7,489,786, which covers an audio integration system and was issued in February 2009....
