Law360, New York (August 02, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- A Texas federal court judge has dismissed a patent lawsuit filed against Barnes & Noble Inc. over technology that personalizes Web pages according to a consumer's previous online visits.
U.S. District Judge T. John Ward ordered the dismissal without prejudice of all claims and counterclaims on July 30 between SBJ Holdings 1, LLC and Barnesandnoble.com LLC, which reached a settlement agreement five days earlier.
Terms of the agreement were not available. The parties will bear their own attorney's fees, expenses and costs under the order....
