Law360, New York (July 06, 2012, 9:26 PM ET) -- Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. on Friday won the right to sell its Galaxy Nexus smartphones but was denied a bid to stay an injunction against its Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablets in a patent dispute with Apple Inc.
In a short order filed Friday, the Federal Circuit agreed to temporarily stay the injunction barring the sale of the Nexus phones pending the filing of Apple's response to Samsung's motion and the court's consideration of Samsung's argument against the injunction.
