Law360, New York (July 30, 2012, 4:38 PM ET) -- BellSouth Telecommunications Inc. agreed Monday in Florida federal court to pay $2.1 million to resolve a long-running class action that accused the company of wrongfully marking up reimbursement charges for damage to its underground telephone lines.
U.S. District Judge Timothy J. Corrigan signed off on the deal Monday.
