Olympus, E.Digital Settle Flash Memory Patent Spat

Law360, New York (April 01, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Olympus America Inc. has become the sixth defendant to settle in a lawsuit brought by in-flight audio company e.Digital Corp. over four patents related to flash memory technology.

Olympus and e.Digital asked the court to dismiss all claims and counter claims between them with prejudice in a joint motion filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
