Judge OKs Energy Partners' Ch. 11 Plan, Again

Law360, New York (September 18, 2009, 6:08 PM ET) -- The judge overseeing oil and gas producer Energy Partners Ltd.'s bankruptcy has signed off on a modified version of a second amended joint plan of reorganization after ruling that the company's recent tweaks to the plan were minor in nature and should not affect its earlier confirmation.
