Law360, New York (July 09, 2012, 10:23 PM ET) -- As the Obama administration continues to push state Medicaid expansion, survey results released by the Texas Medical Association on Monday reveal that most Texas doctors are unwilling to accept new patients who rely on government-funded health care.
Responses to the poll from more than 1,000 Texas physicians show that regulatory hurdles and low reimbursement rates have driven the percentage of doctors willing to accept public aid patients to all-time lows, the group said.
