Law360, New York (April 20, 2010, 12:36 PM ET) -- A federal judge has sentenced ex-Homestore.com CEO Stuart Wolff to a 54-month prison sentence for his role in a $67 million accounting fraud.
Judge Gary A. Feess of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California handed down the sentence Monday, rejecting Wolff's request for a lenient sentence because of his cooperation with federal investigators after reaching a plea agreement on one count of conspiracy.
