SEC Watchdog To Probe Timing Of Goldman Suit

Law360, New York (April 26, 2010, 3:22 PM ET) -- U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Inspector General David Kotz has announced that his office will investigate allegations that the SEC tipped off White House officials about its civil complaint against Goldman Sachs Group Inc. to sway popular opinion in favor of financial regulatory reform.
