Law360, New York (May 24, 2010, 11:20 AM ET) -- The U.S. Supreme Court has overturned a federal appellate decision and reinstated attorneys' fees won by a plaintiff in her case against the administrator of her benefits plan, ruling that parties do not need to obtain a favorable judgment to pursue fees stemming from claims pursuant to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act.
