Law360, New York (September 23, 2010, 3:11 PM ET) -- A federal judge has denied an early bid by the News Corp.-owned New York Post to trim claims from a lawsuit alleging the famed newspaper discriminated against black reporters.
Judge Barbara S. Jones of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York issued the ruling Wednesday, saying the claims, filed by Austin Fenner and Ikimulisa Livingston and first brought in November, were specific enough to avoid dismissal at this early stage.
