Law360, New York (October 04, 2010, 7:49 PM ET) -- A Florida jury has handed a rare win to R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. and Philip Morris USA Inc. in one of the so-called Engle progeny cases, awarding no damages to the family of a deceased smoker.
Philip Morris, a subsidiary of Altria Group Inc., said Monday that a Duval County, Fla., jury had returned a verdict in its favor in a case brought against it and R.J. Reynolds by a woman named Eveline Warrick.
