Law360, New York (October 12, 2010, 11:07 PM ET) -- More than half of corporate counsel surveyed in a recent report indicated that they used some form of alternative billing for their legal work. But the question of whether less-traditional billing methods will continue to spread is still up in the air, according to the 2010 Fulbright & Jaworski LLP Litigation Trends Survey.
